The context

Mestric is an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solution developed by Infotrend: a smart-factory software that connects machine data with AI to improve production quality, cut costs and remove bottlenecks on the shop floor. A sharp B2B product, built for demanding manufacturers across several European markets.

The brief

Goal: generate qualified demo requests from an industrial audience. The expectations:

  • Simplify without dumbing downexplain the features, optimization and benefits of an MES to busy decision-makers, without drowning them in technical jargon.
  • Build credibilityshowcase a portfolio of leading industrial clients and a physical demonstration center.
  • Structure conversionsteer clearly toward the demo request and getting in touch.
  • Cover several marketsa multilingual architecture (English, Slovenian, German, Hungarian).
  • Reassure with the tangibleshow the system at work in a real production environment.

The design approach

An industrial, tech-forward direction, clear and credible: understated, structured, mirroring the rigor expected in the manufacturing sector.

A three-step demonstration.

Features → Optimization → Benefits: an instructional thread that makes the value clear one step at a time.

Proof through peers.

A wall of recognized industrial client logos, placed to reassure a decision-maker at the moment of choice.

The tangible front and center.

Featuring the demonstration center (a real factory, connected machines) anchors the promise in something concrete.

Conversion at the core.

A clear demo-request form (production type, contact details), with recurring "Request a Demo" / "Free consultation" CTAs.

Multilingual readability.

A consistent structure cleanly rolled out across four languages.

The build

  • Multilingual WordPress site (EN · SL · DE · HU) with a consistent structure and self-service maintenance.
  • Demo-request form with qualification (production type, message, contact details).
  • On-page and multilingual SEO, complete social markup (Open Graph, Twitter Cards).
  • Clear architecture: solution, industrial use cases, resources ("Learn"), contact.
  • Responsive design suited to both desktop and mobile browsing.

The project in numbers

  • 4 languages: EN · SL · DE · HU
  • 20+ reference manufacturers among the clients, including Hella, Volkswagen, Poclain Hydraulics, BD CareFusion, Fragmat…
  • Physical demonstration center (Orodjarstvo Knific, Naklo, Slovenia) with ~20 connected machines in a real production environment
  • Highlighted feature scope: production tracking, KPIs (quality, availability, downtime), QA, cost analysis

The results

  • Organic traffic (GSC), 6 months after launch: 4,250 visits/month (a very niche European target)
  • Conversion rate (GA4): 3.4% conversion on the "Request a Demo" form (excellent for industrial B2B)
  • Average engagement time: 2 min 45 s (proof that the simplified technical content is being read and understood)
  • Geographic breakdown (GSC): 42% Germany, 28% Slovenia, 18% UK, 12% Hungary (consistent with the 4 languages)

In their words

The challenge was twofold: speak to engineers without boring them, and to executives without losing them. The agency struck the perfect balance. In 6 months, we tripled our qualified demo requests, and our sales team no longer wastes time on poorly targeted leads thanks to the qualification form.
