The context

Fed Group is a leading player in recruitment across France, built on a "specialized recruitment" approach (Fed Finance, Fed IT, Fed Supply, and more). The site has to serve two masters with opposing needs: candidates looking for a job, and companies looking for talent.

The brief

Objective: increase both spontaneous applications and employer quote requests. The expectations:

  • A clear dual entry point.Separate the "I'm looking for a job" journey from the "I'm hiring" journey, visually and functionally, without diluting the unity of the Fed brand.
  • Local expertise front and center.Let a visitor easily find their nearest specialized agency and their dedicated consultant.
  • Strong employer content.Showcase testimonials from consultants and candidates to humanize a process often perceived as cold.
  • Local SEO performance.Optimize visibility for queries such as "Accounting recruitment [City]" or "Logistics staffing [City]".

The design approach

A \"Corporate & Close\" direction: the expertise of a large group, with the closeness of a neighborhood firm.

A segmented hero section.

Two primary, contrasting CTAs the moment you land on the site: "Find a job" and "Hire talent".

An interactive agency map.

A dynamic module that filters by field and by location, displaying each agency's contact details and current openings directly.

An integrated job search engine.

A high-performing, prominent job search widget, indexed against the group's central database.

An "Our experts" section.

Consultants brought forward with a photo, their specialty and a LinkedIn link, to build trust before the first contact.

The build

  • Built on a robust CMS capable of handling a high volume of local pages.
  • Integration of a real-time job feed via API with the internal applicant tracking software (ATS).
  • Advanced local SEO optimization: Schema.org LocalBusiness markup for every agency, plus dedicated city/field landing pages.
  • Segmented contact forms with automatic routing of leads to the relevant agency.

The project in numbers

  • 50+ specialized agencies spread across France
  • 9 fields of specialization (Finance, IT, Supply, Construction, Healthcare, and more)
  • Job feed updated in real time
  • Schema.org markup deployed across the entire agency network
  • Candidate journey reduced to 3 steps maximum to apply

The results

  • Total organic traffic (GSC): 145,000 visits/month (one year after the redesign)
  • Local SEO growth (GSC): +85% visibility on "specialty name + city" queries (e.g. "IT recruitment Nantes")
  • Candidate conversion rate (GA4): 6.5% of job-journey visitors upload a CV or apply to an opening
  • Employer conversion rate (GA4): 2.8% of hiring-journey visitors complete the quote request form
  • Mobile bounce rate: 38% (a marked improvement thanks to the redesigned job search engine)

In their words

The challenge was substantial: unify the image of our 50 agencies while preserving each one's local and sector identity. The new site pulls it off. The interactive map and the specialized pages have dramatically improved our local search ranking, and our consultants tell us candidates now arrive at interviews far better informed about how we work.

Claire V., Marketing Director at Fed Group

I found my Supply Chain Project Manager role through the Fed site. What I appreciated was how clear the site was: I could filter by my city and my specialty, and see straight away the photo and name of the consultant handling the opening. That gives you real confidence before you even send your CV.
