Case study
IT transformation consulting · CIOs
Replace a 29-page Webflow site with a 116-page bilingual site that a non-technical team can run on its own, without losing the brand or the rankings already earned, and prepare BleuLemon to be read by search engines and AI assistants alike.

BleuLemon is an IT transformation consultancy based in Paris and Lyon, and an Atlassian partner since 2008. A team of more than 30 supports CIOs and IT departments from scoping to deployment, then through to adoption of the tools: IT management and governance, Atlassian, artificial intelligence, application support and maintenance, across manufacturing and defense, banking, finance and insurance, retail and distribution, and luxury.
The starting point: a 29-page Webflow site and a blog hosted by a third party, on a subdomain. The audit run before design began, in July 2026, measured what that setup was costing: 73% of organic traffic carried by a single article hosted off the domain, the two pages that structure the offer sitting at 179 and 172 words, structured data invalidated by a stray space, and zero citations of BleuLemon across 20 AI assistant answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity).
The brief fit in a single sentence: a site worthy of a firm that speaks to CIOs, so technically exemplary, and one the marketing team could edit without a developer. The expectations:
BleuLemon's 2026 brand guidelines applied to the letter: deep blue, mint, coral, chartreuse, horizon blue, and Montserrat as the sole typeface. The stance, summed up by the sales leadership in a single phrase, "it's sharp, but it's soft": a clear site, with measured corner radii, where proof comes before effect.
The five-step framework, understand, scope, deploy, drive adoption, keep it alive, structures the homepage, the service pages and the timelines, with one color per step.
The homepage headline puts adoption at the center of the site, rather than the rollout of a tool: "The tool is an expense. You are the one who turns it into an investment."
IT management and governance, Atlassian, artificial intelligence, industries, training: each family of services has its own in-depth pages, where the old site covered its two sections in under 180 words.
Brands approved by the client, client cases presented by industry, the Atlassian partnership worded exactly as the official directory confirms it: every claim on the site holds up in front of a buyer who checks.
Entrance animations reserved for headings and image cards, carefully crafted hover states, and everything stops when the visitor has set their device to reduced motion.
A bespoke site, live in 7 days, looked after by a real person.
