The context

Siift.ai is an AI-powered "Business OS" built for early-stage founders: ideation, idea validation, and go-to-market planning, all structured within an intelligent canvas that separates signal from noise. A high-value product that is abstract and hard to capture in a single sentence, backed by an ecosystem of top-tier partners.

The brief

The goal: turn the visit into a free trial, for a product that first has to be understood before it can be adopted.

  • Make the abstract concreteshow what the product actually does (clarity, validation, automation) rather than staying at the level of the promise.
  • Position at the high enda premium visual world, worthy of "founder mode" and of prestigious partners.
  • Build on proofshowcase the press coverage, the partners (NVIDIA, AWS, RBCx and more) and feedback from founders.
  • Smooth the path into the producta clear route to the free trial and the app.
  • Speak to an international audienceEnglish-language communication, understated and impactful.

The design approach

A premium, dark-mode direction, understated and technical, to embody a serious decision-making tool without tipping into coldness.

The product in motion

animated demos (canvas, strategy scoring, playbooks) and an overview video: the tool is shown in action so the abstract becomes instantly readable.

A story in three acts

Gain Clarity · Earn Confidence · Build Leverage: value is told as a founder's journey, from fog to execution.

Credibility front and center

a wall of founder testimonials, a press banner and tiered partner logos to dispel doubt at the right moment.

A coherent world

a signature deep green, crisp typography and generous breathing room: an identity that stands apart from generic SaaS.

A single path to the trial

a recurring "try free" CTA and a frictionless entry into the product.

The build

  • Site built with Next.js: performance, optimized rendering and smooth animations.
  • Rich media (demo GIFs, product video) served via CDN/S3 for controlled load times.
  • Clear architecture: landing, about, blog, FAQ, access to the app (app.siift.ai).
  • Proof modules (press, partners, testimonials) integrated and designed as conversion levers.
  • On-page SEO and complete social markup (Open Graph, Twitter Cards).

The project in numbers

  • 8 reference partners: NVIDIA Inception, AWS Startups, RBCx, Founder University, Dentons, Latham & Watkins, Flashpoint Global, TBL
  • Press coverage: The Globe and Mail, Barchart, Spotify, Chronicle Journal and more (7+ outlets)
  • Product launch "The Founder's Compass" (Sept. 2025) picked up in the press
  • A wall of founder testimonials from several countries
  • English-language site, geared to the international market

The results

  • Organic traffic (GSC), 4 months after launch: 2,940 visits/month (a niche audience: early-stage founders)
  • Referral traffic via partners (GSC): 18% of traffic comes from the NVIDIA Inception, AWS Startups and RBCx sites
  • LP → Free trial conversion rate (GA4): 14.6% (very strong for a premium B2B SaaS)
  • Activation rate (trial → regular use): 41% of sign-ups use the canvas 3 times within 7 days
  • Average engagement time: 4 min 08 s (the animated demos and product video are watched)
  • Geographic breakdown (GSC): 48% Canada, 31% USA, 12% UK, 9% Europe

In their words

We had a product that was hard to sum up in one sentence, backed by partners like NVIDIA and AWS, so the site had to live up to that. The team made an abstract concept crystal clear, with a premium execution true to our positioning. The path to the trial is seamless, and credibility is established within the first 10 seconds.

Daniel R., CEO & Co-founder of Siift.ai

I discovered Siift through the Founder University program. The site won me over in 30 seconds: the canvas demo, the partners, the tone, everything feels serious. In 2 weeks, I structured my go-to-market more clearly than in 3 months of brainstorming. It's the tool I wish I'd had on day 1.

Marcus W., Founder of Northlane (B2B SaaS, Toronto)
